First Choice Development was born 22 years ago with the first development Mettler Addition. Having built homes for the previous 40 years Preston Mettler felt the desire to be involved in the design and layout of new developments. With the home building experience gained over the past 40 years, he has the vision to see how the land would be best suited for home sites. Timber Oak Estates and Windswept Meadows addition followed Mettler Addition. This land gave the opportunity to do large estates type lots in a unique setting. These large lots were then transitioned into medium size lots with the adjoining Timber Oak Addition.
